Our Story

Aum Education Society of America was founded with a vision to fill the crucial need for dharmic values in early childhood and elementary education. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we are committed to creating an educational environment that honors both academic excellence and character development.

Our unique approach integrates the time-tested wisdom of Sanatana Dharma with contemporary educational methodologies, particularly the Montessori method. This creates a learning environment where children not only excel academically but also develop strong ethical foundations and cultural appreciation.

We believe that education should nurture the whole child — mind, body, and spirit. Through our carefully designed curriculum, students learn to think critically, act compassionately, and live purposefully while remaining connected to their cultural heritage.

Testimonials

Hear from our community members about their transformative experiences with Aum Education Society.

I am really happy with the way my children get involved in their subjects. The teachers are amazing and keep them motivated. Children are so excited to learn yoga, we don't have to tell them to do it. Great experience trying to know your roots, trying to understand your culture and Hindu traditions.

Learning through teaching a beautiful language is a great experience to me. This wonder period has added a feather to my twenty years of love! towards teaching.

Anita Sethilkumar

Teacher

My experience with Aum School as an admin was amazing. I loved bonding with kids across the country that I probably wouldn't have even met otherwise. I also enjoyed learning a thing or two from the sessions along with the kids, Katha especially. Over all it was a very unique experience, and I would love to come back again in the future.
